I’ve done the big consultancy gig – do the analysis, write up the recommendations, hand it over to you to implement.   In my experience that rarely works.   I don’t understand your business as well as you do and you have no ownership of my recommendations.    But I can bring my experience and external perspective to challenge you and help you work out an answer appropriate to your context and needs, and help you navigate the path to successful implementation.
